The company has created a very comfortable work environment.
Position applied for: Procurement Development Specialist
The interview took too long, and the interview test was unrelated to the job. It was also too difficult and a waste of time.
The company’s requirements are too high and are far out of line with the actual salary.
The supervisor also had a very high-handed attitude and does not seem like a manager who would consider employees’ needs. Overall, after going through the application process, I had a very bad impression of the company.
There is a good work environment, but the team does not have a good supervisor. I think it will be very difficult for this position to find a suitable candidate.
