This company has been renamed: Jieyuan Energy Development Co., Ltd.
It was acquired by a certain group in 2018. At least, the company complies with the Labor Standards Act, and salaries are paid on time.
The vice president and associate general manager are both quite nice, and the headquarters is also in a very convenient location for transportation.
Some of the colleagues I worked with were quite exasperating; they asked the same questions over and over again.
This company has a high employee turnover rate, and its positions have never been fully staffed. It also hires some very eccentric people (like those described above).
In addition, the boss at headquarters often fails to understand the procedures and regulations, and frequently comes up with many fanciful ideas for the people below to implement.
Some departments have very poor attitudes and are difficult to get along with.
