The interview begins with a half-hour intelligence test. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming, and the interviewers (senior management and HR) clearly explain the job requirements, competency expectations, special assistance duties (every six months, employees take turns going to the company’s warehouse on a Saturday morning to assist with inventory; each person does this once a year, counted as overtime, with dedicated transportation and meals provided by the company), as well as the relevant benefits.

The senior manager has a very distinctive personal style. During the communication process, they were clear and logical, as well as quite humorous (personally, I thought they resembled a certain cartoon character). Since the business is busy, the interview process was concise and straightforward, and decisions during the negotiation were also made very decisively, giving the company an efficient and forthright impression.

One question on the intelligence test seemed somewhat strange (because I couldn’t understand it and answered randomly; I later wrote down the question and Googled it online), so it needs to be verified.
