There are basically no real standards at work, because the only standard is whatever the boss and his wife “feel” is right—that is what is considered right. Even if you follow the SOP today, as long as the boss’s wife says it is wrong, then it is wrong. The boss does not need to think for himself; he basically just believes whatever his wife says. It is bad enough that he does not remember what he has said, but he will also blame employees for not informing him. In short, it is absolutely terrible.
