Pros
The colleagues are very nice, and the supervisor is very nice.
Cons
The company policies are very bad.
The salary includes a perfect-attendance bonus of 3,000. The company does not proactively mention this; you only see it when you receive your paycheck.
The actual salary is not reported according to the law. Regardless of the base salary originally offered, it is reported using a 25-unit salary bracket.
