Pros

1. Close to home

2. Company benefits~ Better than some, worse than others

3. No salaries below 30,000 (But employees contribute more than 30,000—does that count as an advantage?)

Cons

The company introduction is really just for show. Many people apply because they aspire to work here after reading that article.

There are many internal problems....... (To explain in detail)

1. The old chain-smoking demon has been replaced by a new demon. As the saying goes, demons emerge in every era, with each generation replacing the last~ (I feel that the boss and the boss's wife are demons themselves—and demon-making machines.)

2. They are very good at painting a rosy picture, using ideals, dreams, the future, and a stage to morally manipulate employees! (They assign unreasonable or illogical work and tasks, and have you take on many duties outside your job scope.)

3. They seem to care more about winning awards than achieving results?! (Whenever they win an award, they make employees cheer and scream as if at a cult or MLM rally.)

4. They really love rework! (It is extremely inefficient and a huge waste of time. Their self-styled systems or regulations are basically obstacles that keep employees from ever finishing their work.)

5. Overtime is part of everyday life! (It is common to see people still fighting to finish work at the company after 8 p.m. Some even take work home, including on weekends. They say they will not disturb employees' rest or discuss work on weekends, but assigning a huge amount of work effectively means employees are working on their days off too.)

6. Whether overtime can be claimed for overtime pay or compensatory leave depends on the mood of upper management! (Previously, overtime could not be claimed. Later, they said compensatory leave was possible; later still, they said overtime pay might be offered depending on the circumstances. The explanation changes by period, and different supervisors give different answers~)

7. The company says it is a “B Corp,” but it is actually a company that drives people to death! (They use the B Corp label to package the company image, while employee care and governance are a complete mess. They promote exercise and offer rewards, but the work is never finished—who has time to exercise?)

8. Setting aside the constant changes of heart, the policy direction often changes on a whim. (The previous meeting sets the direction, and the next one overturns everything. The culprit is the boss personally.)

9. Performance evaluations are extremely unfair. (The company uses evaluations every six months, yet it can arbitrarily change the evaluation criteria and score weighting before the evaluation period ends, making employees shoot first and draw the target afterward. The target is drawn according to the boss's and supervisors' moods: if they favor you, they let you hit the bullseye; if they dislike you, they make you miss. At best, you receive a smaller year-end bonus; at worst, they make you leave by declaring you unsuitable for the job.)

10. Supervisors speak in bureaucratic, affected tones! (It is fine if you end up with a normal supervisor. If you end up with one of the problematic supervisors, you are on your own. Verbal abuse, emotional behavior, and barbed remarks happen frequently.)

11. The boss is very proud that employees achieve high sales results without having to give them much in bonuses. (They say that the person responsible for a certain brand's distribution channels is a marketing employee without performance bonuses, and that one year-end reward is enough. Yet that person still works very hard to create sales for the company.)

12. They shirk responsibility and smear former employees. If supervisors know which company a former employee is interviewing with, they will even go there to sabotage them. (Whenever there is a problem at work, they shift the blame to the person who left and speak badly about former employees to current employees or customers, saying things like they did not complete the handover properly.)

There is much more........ I am sharing just a few of the issues encountered most often.

Everything above is based on actual experiences. Those planning to interview here should think carefully.
