None. Terrible company.
Cons
As long as you cannot be on call 24 hours a day to handle work, they will say you are unfit for the position. They may tell you to get lost on a holiday and fire you without warning.
Before you have even handed over your work, the company supervisor will threaten you first, saying that if the handover is incomplete, legal action will be taken against you.
