秀異生活食業有限公司
Pros

The disadvantages outweigh the advantages, so there are none.

Cons

The company itself isn’t bad; the problem is the female owner. She only knows how to exploit and criticize employees, believing that she does the most work while everyone else does nothing and makes no effort. She ignores the contributions of other employees and also emotionally blackmails/manipulates employees, making them feel inadequate after being criticized, causing them to blame themselves, and then offering comfort.

One person is expected to take on multiple roles: store staff, project staff, assistant, social media editor, and so on—all because the job title is considered broad enough to cover everything. During the first three months, I worked myself to exhaustion for only the base salary. Later, when I negotiated a salary adjustment, the result was only the base salary plus NT$1,000, because she believed that everything I was doing at the time (performing three roles alone) was simply part of the job.

In addition, the female owner has serious discriminatory attitudes. Although she collaborates with many Indigenous artists, she said behind their backs that “Indigenous people have a habit of stealing things.” When another business provided extra staff to help with packaging, she even disparaged the helpers as “country bumpkins.”

A company with an owner of this character is no longer worth supporting. If you are reading this, please think twice before applying. And if you are thinking about Zuì Měi Transfer Station, just take a look and leave it at that.
