There aren't really any advantages; the work environment is extremely poor.
1. The work environment is extremely poor.
2. If the supervisor thinks you are not suitable for the job, they will immediately ask you to leave.
3. In the sorting section, you spend the entire day tapping tape. If you don't know how to do it when you first start, you won't be able to tap more than 100 in a day. If they think you are unsuitable during a meeting, they will ask you to resign and won't give you a chance to stay on.
4. There is a young employee surnamed Luo in the sorting section who is very difficult to get along with.
5. The employees are not very easy to get along with. The work atmosphere is all right, but the employee surnamed Luo in the sorting section is very difficult to get along with, often bullies new employees, and does not respect older workers.
