裕章化學企業股份有限公司
Pros

None. It felt absolutely awful—a waste of a year.

Cons

1. Performance bonuses are not paid in cash; they are internal employee gift vouchers!!!

They can only be used to purchase the company’s products, and they are not even at the employee price.

2. If you resign, the company simply keeps any bonuses that have not yet been paid and does not issue them. If you do not resign, it either delays payment of the bonuses or pays only part of them.

3. The work environment is extremely cluttered, yet employees are also required to use their own time after work to clean it.

4. The benefits advertised on the job bank website—especially the bonuses (such as the three-festival bonuses)—are all non-cash. They are internal company vouchers that can only be used to purchase company products.

5. Internal political infighting is severe, especially the finance department manager, who periodically starts all kinds of major conflicts with other departments.

6. The company has fewer than 30 employees, yet it still divides people into all kinds of ranks. There are even one-person departments headed by managers with no subordinates. The company also claims to have many branch offices, but those branches either have no employees or only one employee.

7. The boss (general manager) loves to boast and put on airs, trying to pretend that his company is extremely large-scale. From time to time, he also uses pressure, salary-related measures, and other means to force employees to spend money attending activities or courses held by his wife’s company.

8. Employees are forced to attend study groups during their days off. Those who do not attend are pressured through performance evaluations.

9. Performance bonuses are never paid honestly. The company withholds bonuses for various reasons, and when employees can no longer take it and resign, the company still does not pay the withheld amount.

For a company that likes to put on such airs, I still recommend that everyone get out quickly!

It is clearly a small company, yet it deliberately opens many branches and calls itself a group.

How can a company that cannot even pay bonuses have the nerve to claim that it is so large-scale? Not to mention that it repeatedly forces employees to participate in all kinds of activities.

They say participation is voluntary, but as soon as you do not participate, your performance evaluation score will be deducted heavily.

Moreover, the base salary here is extremely low. I originally thought that the main way to earn money in a telemarketing position would be through bonuses,

but I never expected that the company would not pay bonuses honestly at all. Even the base salary barely increases.

They may even deduct telemarketing employees’ wages because customers below them have not paid their bills.

None of the benefits listed on the website exist. The three-festival bonuses, birthday cash gifts, and telephone broadcast incentives are all paid in the form of a few useless pieces of paper (employee gift vouchers).

Those pieces of paper can only be used to buy company products, but the quality of the company’s products is terrible. The warehouse is also filthy and covered in dust, so I would not dare buy anything to use. Furthermore, the company’s products are much more expensive than those at outside stores such as small X department stores, so you are better off buying them elsewhere yourself.

Everyone, be extremely careful and avoid this place at all costs!!

The company calls itself the Kyushu Enterprise Group. Its current subsidiaries or branches include: “悠O衛材,” “宇O炫影,” “裕章化學,” “語O投資,” “雅O欣業,” and the general manager’s wife’s direct-sales company, “褒O享” (“我的O活生活館”).

Everyone must keep your eyes open and look carefully—these are all terrible places to work.

Recently, the company still insists on putting on appearances and moved to the Honghui office building in Xinzhuang.

I hope more people will see this article, so that many people can avoid ending up like me and my other colleagues:

working ourselves to death, only to receive not a single cent of bonuses.
