安隆消防工程有限公司
Pros

Occasional meals provided

Cons

During the interview, they said there would be a one-hour lunch break, that you would leave and arrive at work on time, and that the end of the workday would not be delayed too long. However, after starting the job, it was completely different from what had been described. There was often no lunch break, meals were not eaten at regular times, and they would not make up the lunch break or provide a missed-meal allowance. The workday ended extremely late. In the interview, they said you would leave work close to on time, but it turned out to be 6 or 7 p.m. Whether driving out or returning, the boss would use their phone while driving. When they saw an important message, they would slam on the brakes, and they spoke so loudly in the car that my eardrums were almost blown out.

Then, they would repeatedly teach you things you already knew, saying that you claimed to know them but actually did not. The boss really liked showing off and hoped to receive your approval and praise. During work, they would repeatedly call your phone, never saying everything at once. Most outrageous of all, they would require you to deliberately practice, after work, what you had learned that day at the company entrance and show it to the boss, so that the boss would think you were a young person with a strong work ethic and would give you a raise after three months! Otherwise, after three months, you would be told not to come back. If you did not practice, the boss would feel that spending this money to hire you was a waste and would want to get the fullest possible value from the money they paid you. If you had not reached that value, the boss would not let you rest.

In conclusion: You spend the entire workday moving around, with no time to rest. Even when there is a break, it only means taking a sip of water before continuing to work. The lunch break is basically nonexistent, and they will ask you to keep working. They do not care at all about your physical or mental well-being. Even if you skip lunch and work overtime, they will not pay you extra. Think carefully before joining!
