Pros
The boss will teach you whatever you want to learn, and will even buy it for you to play with.
Cons
The boss’s management thinking is about 20 years out of date. The reported salary for labor and health insurance is inflated, and there is no overtime pay.
The leave system and other things also do not comply with the Labor Standards Act. The employees and accountant are all members of their family.
