The company benefits are good
Overall, it complies with the Labor Standards Act
1. A certain department manager has poor management skills. The workload is already heavy, yet they still focus on regulating trivial details, such as requiring employees to submit travel requests in advance.
2. In theory, a manager should filter and prioritize work and provide direction. One manager only keeps expanding problems, has a poor grasp of employees’ work, and still requires employees to report everything themselves.
3. Don’t just respond to every problem with “Let’s figure it out together.” If I knew how to solve everything, I would be the manager.
