The manager put on quite an act during the interview.
The main source of problems in this company is the head of the Finance Department.
The head of the Finance Department constantly says that other departments do a poor job,
then claims that Finance performs the best.
But when things aren’t done well, they pass the buck.
They try to make their presence felt in front of senior executives.
They are extremely sycophantic, which fits this company’s culture perfectly.
The boss runs a one-person show and is dictatorial and headstrong.
The management decisions at this listed company
are different every day.
This is absolutely not the Wang Steak it used to be!!!!!
