Working hours start around noon.

HR called unexpectedly and said it was an interview invitation, claiming that customer service could earn more than 60K per month.

During the actual interview, I did not see any HR manager. There were only a bunch of people walking around the store. After waiting in the store for about ten minutes, no one paid any attention to the interviewee. It felt like the manager knew there was an interview but still failed to be punctual. This was really sloppy and definitely a terrible interview experience.

Only after I spoke up about the interview did a store manager come out and casually hand me a form to fill out. They briefly explained selling machines and distinguishing VIP customers with service contracts, etc., but did not explain the original retail price of a machine or approximately how much commission could be earned after making a sale. They only mentioned a figure without explaining whether it was reasonable. Regardless of how much experience you have, you will be treated as if you have none. Then they asked about my expected salary and whether I had any other questions. I asked a professional question, but the store manager seemed unwilling to answer and just said they would explain it after I joined. After I finished asking, they said, “Okay, that’s all for today.”

The interview process was really quite sloppy. It felt like the 60K figure was just a small tactic to lure people in to sell machines for them. I absolutely do not recommend going for an interview.
