鉅祥企業股份有限公司
Pros

Automotive Division: When there are no orders, the production line has no work. The temperature is consistently comfortable. The company has its core business (stamping) to support it, so there is not much need to worry about the company being unable to pay salaries. As long as you are sufficiently two-faced, you are more likely to be favored!

Cons

To recount my previous experience in this unit, compared with what other colleagues have described, the turnover rate remains extremely high (approximately 40 people in four years). Supervisors only want to hear pleasant things (distorting the facts is acceptable), seriously divide the team (if you choose the wrong side, you can start preparing to leave), have poor order-acquisition capabilities, constantly change instructions, and say and write inconsistent things. It fundamentally fails to meet the IATF 16949 standard. R&D staff basically cannot stay (the department supervisor neither understands nor respects the profession). The on-site level of professionalism is low, both in management and technology. The department supervisor is much better at rhetoric than actual action, and there are many ineffective meetings. The department supervisor has no practical engineering experience, yet likes to act as though they are an R&D engineer. Management is also merely armchair theorizing. When there is no work, they will not let you take unpaid leave, but will force you to take personal leave. The most frightening thing is that they forcefully issue invoices to customers (in China), fabricating the appearance of having orders; even the submitted samples cannot pass! There are many more stories. Those who sincerely want to experience hell are welcome to join this big family! This content has no reference value; joining involves certain risks and may cause long-term harm to your mental health. Evaluate carefully and refer to the operating instructions!
