Their HR department called me directly to invite me to an interview (the interview location was in Kaohsiung).

I thought I might as well give it a try, so I went.

The location was extremely strange, on one of the floors inside a building.

When I arrived, there was no company logo at the entrance, and the office had no interior decoration whatsoever.

After I went inside, no one came out to greet me (since I was there for an interview, I didn't really dare to walk around either).

There were only two people repeatedly peeking their heads out.

Eventually, they came out and asked what I wanted.

The interviewer was the most senior manager at the company (probably the person in charge of the Kaohsiung area).

Throughout the entire interview, I was not asked to introduce myself at all.

I just kept listening to him talk about how great this machine was, how much commission they could earn,

and how good it was for the body and how long it had been on the market.

He even said that high-ranking officials and celebrities were using it (he mentioned two names, but I honestly can't remember them).

He also said the job was on a contractor basis (which is really not secure...)

and said he knew that people would worry about not being able to sell anything after joining,

so there would be a base salary of 25,000 for the first two months.

After that, you would have to work hard to sell and visit customers.

In conclusion, I have absolutely no desire to go.

It's one thing that you had no interest in getting to know me,

but you kept trying to sell me on how great this machine was and how much commission I could make.

Were you expecting me to buy one first? Hahaha
