Working here requires you to go against your conscience.
Some refurbished machines are sold as brand-new.
For certain models of the manufacturer's continuous ink supply printers, they claim to be helping customers prime the ink system, but in fact they use third-party ink and then remove the original ink to sell separately.
If a customer notices, you have to brazenly deny it and say that we did in fact fill it with the manufacturer's original ink.
If you encounter a difficult customer, they will say that if you have concerns, you can let the customer return the product.
The woman in charge of the store
is also extremely dishonest when selling products.
Because the company has a bonus system,
even if a product is unsuitable for a customer,
they only sell customers products that earn them a bonus.
Furthermore, the company owner only listens to this employee.
As long as you earn a bonus, this employee will take a dislike to you.
She fabricates stories about you in front of the owner,
and then there will be notices requiring you to sign, or inexplicable and otherwise unreasonable rules.
The company applies a double standard to this employee and everyone else.
If you report the matter, the owner will only listen superficially and will not take any action.
Think carefully before coming to work here.
