Before the interview, you need to complete an aptitude and logic test, as well as a questionnaire covering topics such as what books you have read recently and your thoughts on them, what setbacks you have experienced in life, and your future plans.

CommonWealth Magazine is looking for candidates with experience in membership management, marketing planning, and data analysis. Because a friend recommended me, I first had a phone interview with a senior executive, after which I was scheduled for a second-round interview according to the company's process. The second interview was with HR and department colleagues (I’m not sure whether one of them was the supervisor). The interview itself was ordinary. They asked what level of position they were hiring for, but HR replied, “We’ll only know after seeing the responsibilities and compensation package following the offer.” I was somewhat taken aback. The job responsibilities covered an extremely broad range, yet it was unclear what level of candidate they were looking for.

In the end, HR said that they would notify me if there was a subsequent interview or send a rejection letter. After a week, I proactively followed up, but the HR representative who conducted the interview did not respond. I then privately contacted the supervisor from the first interview via LINE, and it was only after another week that they sent a rejection letter.

It left a somewhat poor impression. Nearly a month passed between the interview and receiving the rejection letter.
