The entire company is made up of women, so you can fully experience all the negative terms associated with women here!
1. The environment is dirty and messy, with dust everywhere.
2. As long as you’re a driver who can drive, you’ll practically be hired.
3. A self-centered, long-serving manager and long-serving HR run the show. Whenever anything doesn’t go their way… it’s your fault, of course!
4. Even when a new employee is still getting familiar with the relevant duties, asking questions only gets the response, “A certain highly experienced former employee understood all this.” If you don’t understand, that’s your fault, of course!
5. They keep emphasizing discussion and cooperation, and they really do mean “mutual”! You do your thing, I’ll do mine, and if something goes wrong, it’s your fault, of course!
6. When you resign in accordance with labor law, they keep dragging things out because they don’t want to let you leave, while saying you’re completely worthless and emphasizing how everyone has always devoted themselves to teaching? Training? Tolerating? Caring about? You? And this is how you repay them? It’s really unacceptable, you know! They’ll even spread threats to ruin your reputation!
