Basic salary, overtime pay, three holiday bonuses, and an annual bonus.
A standard traditional rural company.
The boss has little education, loves to brag, has little common sense, and is excellent at painting rosy pictures.
Environment:
The company is divided into an office and a factory.
The older employees in the office love scheming against and hurting one another. The younger employees generally stay for no more than two years; most are looking for better opportunities while still employed.
The factory technicians are relatively easy to get along with.
Salary:
It starts at the barely livable minimum wage. Even factory technicians with 20–30 years of experience earn no more than 40,000 without overtime.
The three holiday bonuses are only 300 each, and there is no one-month annual bonus.
Job duties:
What you do is not important. As long as you know how to complain and flatter, you can become a favorite and live comfortably. Everyone else is treated as slave labor and expected to work themselves to death.
