Telemarketing for used-car loans.
Work starts at 09:00. From 09:00 to 09:20, you can eat breakfast while waiting for the boss to arrive and start the morning meeting. The morning meeting runs from 09:20 to 10:00. From 10:00 to 12:00, you call customers to ask whether they want a loan. Lunch break is from 12:00 to 13:30. From 13:40 to 18:00, you make calls until the end of the workday.
Days off are every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. However, they tell you that taking Fridays off is an attempt to follow the style of European and American countries, not the norm. In January and February each year, there are not three consecutive days off per week.
The 1111 job bank listing says labor insurance is provided, but in practice you have to pay to enroll through a trade union yourself. The initial payment is a union deposit of 1,000 + membership fee of 500 + National Health Insurance 675 + labor insurance 1,531 + administrative fee 150 = 3,856.
For each subsequent month, National Health Insurance 675 + labor insurance 1,531 + administrative fee 150 = 2,356.
The company’s job listing says the position is for a junior assistant, with a base salary of 28,000 + a perfect-attendance bonus of 2,000. However, after paying the union fees, the actual monthly amount is 27,644.
One day before starting work, they ask you to go to the company for training (unpaid!), from 14:00 to 18:00.
If you do not have any performance results, you still have to come to work for half a day on Friday.
Personal honest review: I feel this company is not as good as I imagined. There are many things you only discover after formally starting work, and they do not match the conditions advertised on the job bank.
