I don't know, because I haven't joined yet.

I submitted my résumé and they invited me to an interview. Since I’m still employed and because of the pandemic, I wanted to have the first interview by video via LINE or Google Meet. But they simply replied, “No problem, you take care of your work first!” I don’t know much—only that it’s a small company—but my impression is that it’s pretty awesome.
