Pros
I don't know, because I haven't joined yet.
Cons
I submitted my résumé and they invited me to an interview. Since I’m still employed and because of the pandemic, I wanted to have the first interview by video via LINE or Google Meet. But they simply replied, “No problem, you focus on your work first!” I don't know; I only know it's a small company, but my impression is that it's pretty impressive.
