I really can't think of any—I only feel that this company is truly hell.

In July 2021, the CEO was replaced. After people from the new team took over this team, it was truly terrible—terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, all the way to the bottom.

1. The first thing the new team supervisor asked when meeting me was: “Why do you call yourself XXX? That name is so bitchy!”

Regardless of whether this was a meeting in their capacity as the new supervisor, no normal person would respond like that.

2. All the supervisors from the old team resigned, and the original group was disbanded. However, the new team only sent one BD, while the only AE remaining from the old team had only been there for two weeks. This BD made the AE do all the work alone, resulting in 15-hour workdays, and the BD even asked why the AE deserved overtime pay.

3. The BD verbally abused and emotionally blackmailed the AE every day, and would occasionally say they would sue the AE for defamation.

4. Senior management turned a blind eye to point 3 and only wanted to calm things down.

5. When problems came up at work, the BD would not help you at all, and would even ask why you were asking them.

6. Being publicly humiliated happened every day because the BD had absolutely no respect for people.

7. After the AE submitted their resignation, the BD became even more direct, asking outright whether the AE was a bitch and subjecting them to even more vile verbal abuse. If the AE tried to argue back, the BD would say they were talking back to their supervisor, and would further threaten to discuss with the company whether their salary should be paid as usual, as well as tell the company not to provide a certificate of employment upon departure.

8. On the last day of employment, the AE still did not leave until 11 p.m. When they were leaving, the BD asked why they had not continued following up with customers for responses and why the files had not been prepared for them.

This is a company that does not respect people.
