The benefits at the American company are good.

There are a large number of long-term warehouse employees, and the quality of the on-site staff is extremely poor. Some come to work smelling of alcohol, while others just coast until retirement. Some smoke once or twice an hour, take breaks whenever they want, deliberately pick and choose tasks or slow down their pace, and have no shame. They have been coasting for more than thirty years, and the managers are also waiting to retire, so they do nothing. The work environment is poor—dirty, messy, stuffy, and hot—and the workplace culture is not good. It has nearly all the bad habits common among long-time employees. The only advantage is that the benefits at the American company are good, but having to deal with more than thirty years of redundant employees can be unbearable.
