The company itself fully complies with the Labor Standards Act.
Cons
Apart from the semiconductor materials department, which is profitable and worth staying in, the other parts of the company are unprofitable. Therefore, recruited employees are treated as expendable and made sacrifices when department heads fail to meet their KPIs. Think carefully before joining.
