HR conducts a very detailed background investigation, asking questions unrelated to the job.
In practice, the position also turns out to be different from the one discussed in the initial interview. At one point they say you are suitable for Position A and ask whether you are interested; after the interview, they say you are suitable for Position B, yet ask you to work in Position C. The company posts a large number of positions on the digital job bank that in reality do not actually exist.
Mandatory overtime. If you do not work overtime, they make things difficult for you. Four hours of overtime is illegal; they might as well switch to a shift system.
Summary: They want to hire a superhero for banana wages.
