After submitting my résumé, I was notified about the interview in approximately three business days. There was a written test of about 20 logic questions; it was relatively easy and could be completed in 20 minutes.

The interview with the supervisor lasted about one hour. I recommend setting aside plenty of time. Overall, the interviews were quite pleasant.

After that, there was a second interview and an HR interview, which lasted about one hour. Contrary to what was said on the forum, the HR representative was not rude or deliberately difficult.

I happened to meet a young HR representative, who mainly reconfirmed my aptitude and language abilities.

(In short, it was basically another interview with HR, and I had to explain everything again from the beginning.) I had not seen anyone on the forum mention that an English self-introduction was required, but I was asked to give one. I recommend that future interviewees prepare one in advance.

The benefits seem to include everything that should be included. The office is in the World Trade Building and is fairly new.

There are employee trips (full-time employees are eligible regardless of seniority).

The other benefits sounded fairly standard and there were no major issues; annual leave and such are provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.

The company does not have a particularly good reputation in the gaming industry. It publishes many new games, but ultimately does not seem committed to operating them over the long term.

Shift schedules must be requested from the supervisor in advance.

The salary offered is low, but this should suit newcomers who like mobile games and have no experience.

I observed the office a little during the interview. Overall, it was quite quiet and did not feel like the atmosphere of a gaming company.
