The impression during the interview was very good, making it seem like a company that values its employees. However, the reality was quite different after joining.
The boss is emotionally unstable. Even a small mistake may result in being harshly berated and sworn at in front of everyone, and the boss frequently curses when in a bad mood.
There is no HR department, and the boss often calculates salaries or leave incorrectly. Everyone is afraid that the calculations will be wrong and is rather hesitant to take leave.
In my first month, my salary was underpaid. It was not corrected even after I reported it. When I brought it up again a few days later, the boss even called to berate me. The legally required wages were eventually paid, but the boss retaliated in disguise by intentionally giving an extremely small bonus for the three major holidays.
