The boss clearly explained the work-related matters and the required abilities. The work environment looked good.
Cons
She was unclear about the position and location of the job opening she had posted, and had not carefully reviewed the applicant’s information, which caused confusion. The job duties sounded like they would easily require working overtime on one’s own initiative. The salary was relatively low, with a fixed probationary-period salary of NT$28,000.
