Punctual working hours
1. The company has no system whatsoever; policies are decided entirely according to the boss’s mood.
2. The boss has problems with emotional control. No matter what you do, there will always be criticism, and employees are treated purely as an outlet for the boss’s emotions.
3. The company has no clear division of responsibilities at all. Tasks are assigned randomly—whoever is available is expected to do them, without asking whether they are willing, forcing employees to take them on.
4. There is no training, nor anyone who can teach others, because employee turnover is high and everyone is new. The boss is also unwilling to teach, so employees can only learn and grow on their own through making mistakes and being berated.
5. There are no benefits to speak of. Salary growth is extremely slow, the equipment is old and terrible, the environment is poor, and it is hot in summer and cold in winter. Employees also have to work part-time as cleaners and even sweep up dog poop.
6. Because there is not enough staff and management refuses to take responsibility, whenever something goes wrong, you have to find a way to solve it yourself; if you cannot, you can only take the blame.
7. The boss likes to badmouth people everywhere and distort and smear those involved, making white sound black and driving a wedge between employees.
