Although the current primary focus is more on on-site/dispatch assignments, there are still some placements for positions at companies that work purely through headhunting, providing relatively more choices. On-site roles do indeed require a certain level of ability and immediate readiness, while remote roles require substantial expertise (because you need to be able to solve immediate problems independently; personally, I find them relatively challenging). Headhunting depends on each company’s preferences and differences in technical requirements.
Sometimes there are quite a few interviews scheduled, which can be more demanding when they are not conducted by video.
