To be honest, I’m here to leave a negative review. Seeing that someone recently posted one, I thought I’d add to the pile.

I’m writing this from ten years in the future. I’m looking at this company from the perspective of someone who has been here for more than ten years.

You have to clock in and start work on time, there’s only one afternoon tea break per week, you have to wear a uniform at work, and you can’t wear slippers.

The benefits are genuinely far worse than those at listed or publicly traded tech companies, foreign companies, and holding companies. You can’t skip coming into the office; there’s no gym, massage chairs, or self-service snack bar—only a coffee machine and a refrigerator. You can’t ride a bicycle inside the company and have to walk, which makes your feet extremely sore. The factory only has air conditioning and no Industry 4.0 automated production equipment. For a company that will become a continuously growing company ten years from now, failing to introduce automated production promptly over those ten years is truly disappointing.
