HR asked the standard interview questions, such as introducing yourself, the three things you consider when looking for a job, what setbacks you have encountered, and what your strengths are… You should be able to find all of these online. There was a written test (math and English), followed by an interview with the department manager. However, some managers seemed to be biased against private-school graduates, assuming that everyone had been allowed to use books during exams and therefore should have performed well…? In any case, the overall experience was not too uncomfortable. It felt a lot like chatting with an older relative, so for someone with little interview experience, it was quite reassuring!

Other than what was mentioned above, there probably aren't many drawbacks—apart from saying that the position had been closed and then simply changing the wording and reposting it. Many companies may operate this way, but it still leaves a poor impression.
