During the interview, they tell you that taking time off when necessary is easy to arrange. Once you arrive at the site, however, no one will help cover your shift, and you have to find someone to cover it yourself.
Even a security guard who does not work for the company can cover the shift.
If someone complains about you, you may be required to sign a resignation form and leave that very day. If you refuse to leave, they will issue a transfer order and assign you to a post far from home.
No year-end bonus, and labor insurance is reported at the lowest salary bracket.
