To be honest, it’s because I recently saw positive reviews being posted, so I personally wanted to come and post a negative review.

Because my personal experience was about 10 years ago, and today, 10 years later, it feels like aside from having a new factory, this company’s treatment of its employees is still the same as before. Since I was fired in less than a month, I don’t know what the advantages are.

When I went for the interview, they told me the base salary was 28,000, but they didn’t tell me that this included an additional 2,000 for perfect attendance. I was inexperienced and was tricked into joining.

To be honest, it feels like even today, 10 years later, not much has changed. The employee turnover rate is still very high. Before I was fired, a coworker who joined at the same time as me was fired a week earlier. I asked a senior colleague, puzzled, why that coworker looked so upset. The senior colleague told me not to say anything more. Who would have known that the following week, I would be next?

Being fired for the first time was truly devastating. I really questioned whether I was actually that bad. Later, I spent nearly a year proving myself and was hired by a state-owned company. Of course, I also spent 10 years proving myself and eventually became a supervisor.

I also want to encourage friends who have been harmed by this company: whatever you do, don’t let a company like this affect you. Find a path that suits you as soon as possible.
