Colleagues are easy to get along with
Be careful not to be fooled by the boss's outward appearance—the cunning and scheming side is all an act.
The boss doesn't trust employees. He said it himself in a meeting; there isn't even anyone who has stayed for more than three years.
Meetings are full of nonsense and are held just for the sake of holding them, wasting time.
The boss says that when doing something, you only need to “do half of it,” but if something goes wrong, you are the one who has to take the blame.
He is always saying that there are too few orders and too little work and that we shouldn't accept them, but then he flatters customers whenever he sees them.
No meals provided, and overtime is paid at only the minimum hourly wage.
Working overtime every day is normal—10 to 12 hours a day—to help the company rush orders. The boss only says, “Hurry up and finish it, then go home,” and leaves first himself.
After work, you have to wait three hours for the machines to shut down.
The boss's son also works at the company. I suggest not listening to his terrible advice; if something happens to you, he won't help, and the boss will only blame you.
