The interview process was extremely poor; there were no advantages.

1. The interview was extremely disrespectful. I arrived on time, but the person who came to receive me looked confused and asked what I was there to interview for. I was asked to complete a written test and told not to make marks on it, even though it already had a bunch of markings on it, and the paper was battered and worn. The questions looked like they were from a very long time ago. There were also questions that required you to answer using a computer, but from start to finish, no one said that you needed to bring a computer to the interview, and none was provided on-site. I struggled to finish writing everything within an hour, but then no one paid any attention to me and I was left in that meeting room for at least 20 minutes. I went out to ask, and the staff were all chatting and laughing. Someone came to collect my answer sheet and told me to “wait a little longer.” By “wait a little longer,” they apparently meant that half an hour would pass without the supervisor appearing.

2. The interview meeting room was extremely dirty and cluttered, with the floor covered in miscellaneous items (and please note that these were very messy miscellaneous items—if they had been neatly arranged, that would have been understandable...)

3. The supervisor asked questions absentmindedly and kept focusing on things that were not particularly important. I sincerely suggest that if you are not interested in a candidate and only want to find disposable low-level workers, you really do not need to waste each other’s time.
