The boss's wife is extremely rude to employees. Everything is decided by her. The company has no systems and no benefits—it's all a scam. They trick people into joining the company, then use lousy excuses to deduct your pay. The turnover is high; interviewing there is simply a waste of time and really not worth it. There is no overtime pay either.
At first, the interview was for an information management supervisor position, but after the HR employee left, I also had to take on the HR employee's work. They deduct pay at the slightest provocation, and there is no overtime pay or compensatory leave on weekdays. There were originally two copies of the fixed-term contract, but the other copy was not given to the employee either. The company has no systems and no benefits—it's all a scam.
