Really terrible～ They had a newcomer sit on a night-market bench for more than a month, without even providing a desk, because someone at the company was too lazy to move their own seat, leaving the newcomer nowhere to sit. The sales manager was also extremely emotional—she often sighed, frowned, and yelled. And because she was afraid of losing her job, she was unwilling to teach newcomers (when you asked her a question, she would even very conspicuously act helpless!!). This company is made up almost entirely of experienced employees, so it is really difficult for newcomers to learn anything after joining. Since the experienced employees’ workloads are more or less already full, newcomers can only pick up the miscellaneous tasks left over. Also, the people in the company are very local^^, so whether you can get used to it is up to the individual, I guess.
