No advantages

I had been doing this job for less than a month, and after only two days of training, I was told to go live (the training was clearly insufficient). I worked in customer service, and the main issue was that as soon as a customer complained about you, the supervisor would fine you. It was completely unreasonable. Moreover, this job did not take into account how hard you worked at all. As soon as you made a mistake, you could expect to be fired. They attract you with a high salary and then keep eliminating people. They simply do not have that many positions. As soon as a new person comes in, you can expect to be eliminated. This company cannot retain employees and will not listen to what you have to say, especially the supervisor whose name includes “Yu.” They were simply looking for someone to take the blame. I sincerely recommend not wasting your time and energy at this company. I worked overtime every day and worked harder than everyone else, yet I was blamed solely because of a customer’s misplaced anger. Ha. So think carefully before joining. This company’s policies are terrible and its work assignments are poorly handled. A customer takes their anger out on you, you receive an inexplicable complaint, and then you get fired. The whole thing is completely absurd. I sincerely recommend not wasting your time.
