Usually able to leave work on time
There are a great many tasks to handle
1. Each month, promotional campaigns need to be changed, and the product displays need to be rearranged as well
2. At larger stores, you may need to prepare delivery orders for two delivery services, while also keeping track of your own online orders
3. There are purchase-with-purchase targets
4. You need to sell the company’s own products
5. There is a lot of promotional information that you need to memorize
6. If a free gift is accidentally omitted, customers will ask you for it
7. There are many discount coupons, and they come with many restrictions (if customers forget to use a coupon, they may ask you to redo the checkout)
8. There are many difficult customers who frequently make complaints
9. Sometimes you have to handle many things at once (you need to be able to work well under pressure)
10. Coworkers and the store manager are very important; some supervisors may put a great deal of pressure on you to meet sales targets
11. Occasionally, you may need to support another store or be directly transferred to work at another store
