1. The R&D department is practically nonexistent, especially with managers moonlighting during work hours for their side businesses, which everyone knows about. It looks awful.
2. The Administration Department treats people differently based on who they are. If your rank isn't high enough, they won't handle your requests. They are very thorough when it comes to cutting people's salaries and using up their annual leave—you have to ask to get anything.
3. The younger employees are always the ones doing most of the work.
4. There are many long-serving employees, leaving little room for younger people to develop.
