I interviewed for an internal office position, but there was a significant discrepancy between what the boss described during the interview and the actual job duties.
In practice, the workload and responsibilities amounted to one person doing the work of several people, including tasks that were not mentioned at all during the interview or in the job posting on the recruitment website.
These tasks that were not mentioned during the job search actually took up most of the working hours.
The employee training that was originally promised was never provided. Asking other employees about professional issues could even result in criticism.
The administrative processes were disorganized. The boss did whatever came to mind and would assign tasks that had previously been discussed.
The work environment involved surveillance of employees' actions, pressure to arrive early and leave late, and even the expectation of keeping the communication software open after work to continue handling work-related matters.
