Don't know
I applied for an executive assistant position. At first, I had to wait because the manager was late. We then discussed the job responsibilities for almost an hour. The other party also expressed interest in my abilities and finally asked me to reply within three days about whether I wanted the position, along with a proposal for reference. After I submitted the proposal, I never heard back. What a rude boss. If they didn't want my proposal, that would have been fine, but they completely disappeared, making me feel that they deliberately wanted a free proposal! They weren't genuinely recruiting!
Also, there is no office, so employees can only rest at the work site or go home.
