I didn't get to have the interview, so I can't say.

The time had been changed once before the interview, and they agreed to it. On the day of the interview, I arrived punctually at the Taipei office, only to be told by a gentleman that the interviewer had unexpectedly gone out to meet a client! This gentleman, who clearly didn't know there was an interview scheduled that day, took the résumé I had brought and said he would pass it on, then sent me on my way. At least it saved me the trouble of worrying about my scooter being parked too long and getting a parking ticket! A company that ghosts interviewees like this isn't even worth going to for an interview.
