Pros

Suitable for people who want to retire.

Cons

The environment is the night shift at the Linkou plant.

A one-man show.

Whatever the section manager says is considered right.

Even unreasonable things are considered right.

The team leader bullies the weak and fears the strong. When you respond politely to the problems you encounter,

if they think you are easy to bully, they will suppress you.

Only when you are not someone to be trifled with will they listen to what you say.

When I first joined, I saw the section manager allow production-line personnel

to take the quality-assurance stamp

and package products directly without any quality-control inspection.

Also, if you are a new employee,

they will pretend to care about you and then criticize you afterward.

If you are an ambitious employee, your hopes may be crushed

because the night-shift section manager is very incompetent.

Therefore, they like to promote people who are also completely incapable

but obedient.

They pretend to be busy in meetings every day, have volatile emotions,

and speak very rudely.

Therefore, the high employee turnover is normal.

If you are very capable, you will be asked to do things beyond your abilities.

If you have an opportunity to develop somewhere better,

he will speak of you as if you are completely worthless.

Even if you pursue development through the management-trainee program, he will deliberately delay it for a very long time

before allowing you to be promoted.

As long as he likes you, you can advance quickly through the promotion channels.

The foremen in the company are all very nice, but the team leaders and section managers

really need improvement.

I don't know whether it is because the day-shift supervisors cannot see these things,

but the atmosphere on the night shift is truly terrible.

They talk about a bunch of the same things in meetings

and hold meetings almost every day.

When the production line is very busy and rushed,

they keep hurling insults

with an air of superiority

that makes people very uncomfortable.
