The job bank informed me that the résumé I submitted might be more suitable for another position and asked whether I wanted to apply. After I agreed, they said they hoped to provide the detailed interview results through the résumé I had originally submitted via the job bank, but I never received anything.

I assumed the company had other considerations and that was why I hadn't heard from them, so I decided not to bother them on my own (I wasn't even sure which floor or room to go to). Later, they actually called and said, “You can still come even if you didn't receive a notification.” When I subsequently tried to reschedule the interview, I was again asked to have the job bank send a notification, only to be told that it couldn't be done through the job bank.

Furthermore, the position we had verbally agreed on at the time could not be found on the job bank either.
