Apart from the benefits, which are considered fairly good—moderately above average for the Yunlin area—there are no other advantages to this company.
The workplace atmosphere is poor, and there is a serious problem of senior employees bullying newcomers, or more experienced employees bullying those with less experience. Senior employees speak to newcomers or less experienced employees in a harsh and sarcastic manner. Even supervisors join the senior employees in making disparaging remarks about newcomers. I strongly feel that the Labor Bureau should pay more attention to this company. Less-experienced female employees working here are also subjected to bullying by more experienced female employees, including verbal bullying and harsh, sarcastic treatment.
